claims
If you have suffered a personal injury
in an accident you may be able to make a compensation claim.
Read our informative web pages to learn more about what is involved
in the compensation claims process.

Compensation claims - The
facts:
Generally speaking
there are 3 years to pursue your case for personal injury -
usually this runs from the date
of any accident that led to the injury itself. This period is not
absolute (click
here) but it is a deadline that applies in the majority
of civil compensation claims and must be taken very seriously.
If you have suffered
from your injuries then you will appreciate why we emphasise to all our
clients that your recovery rather than the monetary award should take
precedence during the legal process.
You will receive
appropriate damages if we deal with your compensation claim but you will also receive
help with physiotherapy and treatment wherever possible.
In order to prove
your case it will be necessary to arrange medical
examinations. We instruct local doctors to assess your
injuries and report on your recovery prospects.
This then allows us to
place a value on the claim and subsequently ensure you receive a
satisfactory award.
We do not charge
anything for compensation claims pursued under our scheme in England & Wales.
ALL costs are met by
the responsible party's insurers and we guarantee you will receive your damages
100% intact.
